Day 1 – Monday, July 27, 2026: Tuckahoe → Auriesville, NY We depart from the Parish of Immaculate Conception / Assumption of Our Lady in Tuckahoe, NY (53 Winter Hill Rd., Tuckahoe, NY 10707), where a 56-passenger motor coach and driver will meet us for full-day use. We travel to Auriesville, NY with activities carried out as per our own schedule, followed by lunch and dinner (1–2 course with non-alcoholic beverage), and overnight at the Hampton Inn Albany Wolf Road, 10 Ulenski Drive, Albany, NY 12205 or similar.
Day 2 – Tuesday, July 28, 2026: Auriesville - Valley Forge, PA (Via Philadelphia) After breakfast at the hotel, we continue with a 56-passenger coach for full-day use, traveling from Auriesville to Valley Forge, PA via Philadelphia. In the afternoon, we enjoy a city tour of Philadelphia with a private guide, including the possibility (depending on availability) of visiting the shrine at St. John Neumann, noting that the museum and gift shop may be closed, along with viewing the Liberty Bell and entrance to Independence Hall. Day 3 – Wednesday, July 29, 2026: Valley Forge → Gettysburg, PA Following breakfast at the hotel, we travel by 56-passenger coach for full-day use and participate in a private guided tour with a licensed guide at Valley Forge before transferring to Gettysburg. Day 7 – Sunday, August 2, 2026: Washington, DC Following breakfast at the hotel, we use the 56-passenger coach for a full day in Washington, DC, including a private guided tour of the National Mall (approximately 4 hours), exploring monuments and memorials by foot and motor coach, with views of the White House from either the Great Lawn or Pennsylvania Avenue. The tour may be focused around the 250-year celebration or another theme chosen by us. We take a group photo near the Capitol Building and visit “The People’s House,” an interactive exhibition exploring life in the White House. Day 8 – Monday, August 3, 2026: Washington DC Basilica Day After breakfast at the hotel, we continue with a 56-passenger coach for full-day use, visiting and touring the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception and the Saint John Paul II National Shrine. Lunch or a boxed lunch is provided depending on timing, followed by dinner (1–2 course with non-alcoholic beverage), and overnight at The Arlington Court Suites, 1200 N Courthouse Rd, Arlington, VA 22201 or similar. We may have free time in the afternoon, with access to the coach throughout the day, and optional time for museum visits or areas such as District Wharf or Georgetown.
Day 9 – Tuesday, August 4, 2026: Washington, DC Following breakfast at the hotel, we have a 56-passenger coach and private guide/coordinator for full-day service, including a tour of George Washington’s Mount Vernon, exploring the estate, mansion (subject to availability), historic outbuildings, tombs, gardens, and visitor center and museum. In the afternoon, we visit Arlington National Cemetery and/or Historic Alexandria, with highlights including the John F. Kennedy gravesite, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Arlington House, Marine Corps War Memorial, and Coast Guard Memorial, or alternatively exploring Alexandria’s cobblestone streets, boutiques, and cafés. Day 11 – Thursday, August 6, 2026: Washington, DC Following breakfast at the hotel, we use the 56-passenger coach for full-day use, visiting the Museum of the Bible for a self-guided tour (approximately 2.5–3 hours). The afternoon includes free time, with the coach dropping us at the National Mall for access to museums and picking us up at a pre-arranged time for return to the hotel. Lunch is on our own and not included.
