Detailed Itinerary

Day 1, June 25th, 2024 (Tuesday): Departure to Lisbon 

Day 2, June 26th, 2024 (Wednesday): arrival 10:50am Upon arrival to Lisbon Airport with flight TP 204 we will be met by our English-speaking representative and accompanied to our comfortable coach. Transfer to the hotel for check in. Mass at local church (subject to confirmation / time permitting). Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Lisbon (D) 

Day 3, June 27th, 2024 (Thursday): Lisbon HD - Fatima Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Enjoy a tour of Portugal’s capital city, including Lisbon Cathedral, the Monastery of St. Jerome, and the Belem Quarter. Visit the Cathedral La Sé , where St. Anthony was baptized and St. Anthony’s Church, where it is said he was born. Celebrate Mass at the Church of St. Anthony (subject to confirmation / time permitting) Lunch on your own. Transfer to Fatima for check-in and Dinner at the hotel. 21:30 Join pilgrims from around the world for the Rosary and candlelight procession at the Our Lady of Fátima Basilica. Overnight at the hotel in Fatima (B, D) 

Day 4, June 28th, 2024 (Friday): Fatima Breakfast at the hotel . Celebrate Mass in the Basilica or con-celebrate Mass in the Chapel of Apparitions “La Capelinha“ in Fátima (subject to confirmation). Discover Fátima, Valinhos and Aljustrel with the tour-escort: Homes of the Three Shepherds in Aljustrel, Valinhos with stations of the Cross, Cova da Iria with the Chapel of Apparitions and the Sanctuary. Lunch on your own . Afternoon at leisure for private devotions. Dinner at the hotel 21:30 Join pilgrims from around the world for the Rosary and candlelight procession at the Our Lady of Fátima Basilica. Overnight at the hotel in Fátima (B, D) 

Day 5, June 29th, 2024 (Saturday): Fatima – Batalha – Nazaré – Óbidos – Fatima Breakfast at the hotel. After the breakfast we depart to Batalha, where we can find one of the most beautiful gothic monasteries in Portugal (entrance fee included). After the visit we may continue to another monastery, the Cistercian monastery of Alcobaça, one of the most well preserved Cistercian museums in Europe. (entrance fee included). Drive to Nazaré which is a typical Portuguese village on the seaside, a spotlight due to its worldwide surf competitions, where we visit the Cathedral of Nossa Senhora da Nazaré. Lunch on your own. Visit Óbidos, a medieval Portuguese village. Return to Fátima. Dinner at the hotel 21:30 Join pilgrims from around the world for the Rosary and candlelight procession at the Our Lady of Fátima Basilica. Overnight at the hotel in Fátima (B, D) 

Day 6, June 30th, 2024 (Sunday): Fatima – Coimbra - Santiago de Compostela Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Depart for Santiago de Compostela Stop in Coimbra which offers a rich history, a beautifully preserved medieval old town, and other hidden architectural gems for us to discover. Included is a guided tour of Coimbra University (entrance fee included), one of the oldest universities in the world. Visit the Carmel Convent in Coimbra where Sister Lucia resided before her death and where the incorrupt body of St. Isabel rests. (subject to confirmation). Mass at local church (subject to confirmation). Lunch on your own. Continue to Santiago de Compostela. Check-in upon arrival. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Santiago de Compostela (B, D) 

Day 7, July 1st, 2024 (Monday): Santiago de Compostela Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will have a beautiful full day tour of Santiago de Compostela. Santiago de Compostela is one of the most important catholic cities on the world. Millions of people from all over the world come to this city every year, many of them reaching the end of the Way of Saint James pilgrimage route. Visit Santiago de Compostela with its Cathedral (entrance fee included) which houses the Apostle James’ tomb. See the cathedral including famous Botafumeiro and the Romanesque sculpture “Pórtico de la Gloria.” Mass at local church (subject to confirmation). Lunch on your own. The remainder of the afternoon is free . Dinner at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Santiago de Compostela (B, D) 

Day 8, July 2nd, 2024 (Tuesday): Santiago de Compostela – Santander Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Mass at local church (subject to confirmation). Drive to Santander. Lunch on your own en route. Check-in upon arrival. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Santander (B, D) 

Day 9, July 3rd, 2024 (Wednesday): Santander – Loyola – Lourdes Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Drive to Lourdes, the greatest pilgrimage center in the world! It was here that Bernadette Soubirous witnessed the apparition of the Virgin Mary; near the site of the vision a curative spring miraculously appeared. Millions of pilgrim’s journey to Lourdes each year. Stop in Loyola. Visit the 17th-century Sanctuary of Loyola, built in honor of St. Ignacio of Loyola, founder of the Jesuit religious order. Visit Loyola Sanctuary and Casa Santa (entrance fee included, guided tour). Mass at local church (subject to confirmation). Lunch on your own. Continue to Lourdes. Check-in upon arrival. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Lourdes (B, D) 

Day 10, July 4th, 2024 (Thursday): Lourdes HD City Tour Breakfast at the hotel. Mass at local church in the Shrine (subject to confirmation) Explore the city (guided tour), including Boly Mill (birthplace of St. Bernadette) and the "Cachot" (St. Bernadette's family home), shops. Lunch on your own. Free afternoon to take part in a variety of devotional practices at the Shrine. Dinner at the hotel 21:00 Participate in the nightly candle-lit, rosary procession at the Shrine. Overnight at the hotel in Lourdes (B, D) 

Day 11, July 5th, 2024 (Friday): Lourdes – Toulouse Departure (3h drive) Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Transfer to Toulouse Airport (3 hour drive) for the flight TP 491 home at 12:35pm (B)
